Schematic Development
A Schematic Circuit is the bridge between conceptual electrical design and a physical PCBA. Brainstem Circuit Systems can develop schematic circuits along with the bill of materials(BOM), based on the inputs specified by our clients. We can create circuit design with the concept given which is further developed into PCB layout design and then can be executed to a complete working model if needed, thus offering a turnkey solution for the electronic innovators in the industry.
Reverse engineering can be performed by our Team. PCB layout can be done similar to an existing board using reverse research techniques and a new schematic circuit, BOM, and the layout design files also can be obtained.
PCB Layout Design
We support multi-layer, Rigid, Flexible, Rigid-Flexi PCB layout designs. Design for surface mount, through-hole and mixed technology with BGAs, QFN and other fine pitch packages can be done. Our design team expertise in features like high-density boards, differential pair impedance and boards with indefinite shape and panel designs. IPC standards and Design for manufacturing (DFM) are followed thus saving time avoiding engineering queries, during process of fabrication.
Back and forth email communications with client is done at every stage on layout process to ensure smooth customer service. Final Gerber is handed over to client on successful completion of layout design. Confidentiality on projects are given utmost priority.
